Well it is Shrove Tuesday after all...and I don't think pancakes are the same without a good lashing of maple syrup!! I enjoyed the superfine pancake variety by the hands of Dad..and they were gooood:)
I'm afraid I didn't indulge in pancakes yesterday but I certainly hope you enjoyed yours. After seeing your pancakes and maple syrup I have a craving for the lovely taste of maple syrup. Maple syrup is the one thing we always had in the house when I was growing up.
That's some serious willpower, I commend you!! I'm in love with maple syrup it's love affair that will only end in my tears ha, you guys would of had it so easy access over there like the tamale of Canada:)
